## HOW TO ANSWER MODS (always)
1. List what normally comes ON the item (from this bank).
2. Confirm the exception: "Yes — we can do Steak Salad without the steak" / "without onions" / "dressing on the side".
3. Note price impact if known (remove protein may not lower price; add-ons cost extra).
4. Never invent hidden ingredients. If unsure about fryer oil / cross-contact: "We cannot guarantee gluten-free or nut-free — kitchen has shared fryers and prep."
